Gabb Phone 4 has been a great first phone for my son! It has been very reliable for him to call and text, and we havent had any issues with the signal stength. The built in parental controls are great. For example, if an inappropriate text is detected, I get a notification on my phone. He doesn't use the apps that much, but we have recently upgraded to the 4 plus, and I'm sure he will start using them more.

I texted back my problem and they fixed it via text in less than 20 minutes. Best customer service I’ve had in a REALLY long time.
